To view the current status of the document and its signatories, simply click on the document within the E-Sign platform. On the right-hand side, you’ll find an audit column that provides detailed information about the signing process. This column shows you who has already signed, who is pending, and who has opted out, allowing you to easily track the document’s progress and ensure all required signatures are obtained.
The audit column not only provides a summary of the signing status but also offers a comprehensive audit trail for your documents.
